Thanksgiving Plans

I have been putitng off deciding on my Thanksgiving menu until I knew what I would pick up from our CSA today. I am also going to the winter farmer's market tomorrow morning. I will then know what I will be making.

I rather enjoy this adventure. I feel fortunate that in spite of the fact that we live in the cold Minnesota climate, we have the option for fresh farmer's market food. I do have food stored in the freezer if needed, as well.
