Weekly meals

What do we eat? A selection of some weekly meals. All homemade!

Monday: Blackbean burritos (black beans, red peppers, garlic, oregano, montery jack cheese in a homemade special red sauce)

Tuesday: Homemade pasta with fresh veggies (peas, broccoli, carrots, in white sauce). With homemade bread!

Wednesday: Stir fry (fresh veggies, shrimp, tomatoes in brown rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ginger sauce)

Thursday: Panini (portabella muschrooms roasted with balsemic vinegar and olive oil, homemade hummus, roasted red peppers, lightly sauted spinach, and fresh mozzarella). Of course on homemade wheat bread!

Friday: Homemade PIZZA!
